A word from Tim
I grew up in Manor Township, went to school in Penn Manor, then to Lancaster Mennonite High School, and graduated from Millersville University.
I worked at Tabor Community Services for 12 years, starting as a housing case manager and then became the First Time Home Buyer Program case manager. I received NeighborWorks certification in 2009.
I loved living in Lancaster City for about 14 years before moving near Centerville. I managed rental property since 2004 in 4 different municipalities.
In 2012, I started my real estate sales license with Charles and Associates Real Estate. In 2019, I gained Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA) Certification and Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®) designation. In 2022, I completed the last of the broker’s classes and in 2023, I gained an associate broker’s license. Now, I’m at Kingsway Realty.
